SCHEDULING

• How can I schedule an appointment?
  A: Online. All appointments are to be schedule by the client as well as any additional services needed to complete your service.
• Can I bring someone to my appointment?
  A: No. Please do not bring any extra guest or children to your appointment. We strive to create a relaxing atmosphere without any disruption. Any children or extra guest in attendance must be receiving service by a stylist.
  
  

PURCHASING PACKAGE & BUNDLES

• How can I purchase hair packages?
  A: You can purchase hair packages in the appointment section  of the website
• How do I purchase bundles
  A: Bundes can be purchased through the website here. 

There are NO Refunds or Exchanges. All SALES ARE FINAL. We will do our best to honor our customers needs and wishes
Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

 Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. 

******Due to COVID-19, order  will take about 3-7 days to process and 5-10 days to ship. Please keep in mind that orders will also be processed in the order that it was received in.*****

Processing time is 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. 

You will receive the following emails:

• Order Confirmation
• Order Fulfillment. This will include tracking number.

Your order will be delivered to the address listed. Billing address and Shipping address must match.  If your information does not match, your order will be canceled and refunded. Order processing will be paused and you will be contacted if addresses don't match.

We are not responsible for lost and stolen packages. Your delivery service will be sent to your email with your tracking information. You are responsible for contacting them to schedule delivery other than what is stated.

Pre-Made Units with Customization will take up to 7 business days complete, excluding Holidays and Weekends.

In order to receive your Unit+Customization, place your order atleast 2 weeks before it is needed.

Installations by Konceited Hair Studio INSTORE, must be booked VIA booking site.
